I was planning a full renovation of my home and we were considering a few upgrades to our entertainment systems. Our interior decorator introduced me to Miles and the team from Systems Audio Video. They listened to our needs and put together a thoughtful proposal including two up to date television areas and a few rooms of music. They demonstrated a solid knowledge of their industry, the products required; and we trusted their experience and gave them the approval to proceed.

Once work started, I could see that the SAV team really cared about the details, and they kept me and our builder informed and up-to-date with the progress. I wanted a top quality solution, and they exceeded my expectations. As the renovation started to take shape, we discussed further improvements and updates, and they introduced me to some of their home automation options. Even though these changes happened in the middle of the work schedule, they were able to address obstacles and respond to challenges with speed and ingenuity. We upgraded a third TV area, added full lighting control, security cameras, and even had motorized shades installed throughout the home.

I am especially impressed with the custom touches they were able to implement, including a custom TV bezel and custom-built speakers which look and sound great. We are very happy with our newly modernized home, and all the work that Systems Audio Video did for us. We love being able to control every aspect of our system from our smart phone, and how easy it all is to operate.

When I met Miles and the team, they let me know that they highly recommend the Crestron products for their reliability, sophistication and flexibility. I now have a much better understanding of what that means for me. The home automation system works great, the installation is very tidy and all the products fit perfectly with our interior design.
